March 5, 2013 Board Meeting Agenda Item #9 Title APPROVAL OF RESOLUTION CONCERNING BOARD MEMBER RESIDENCE AREAS Description School Board member residence areas are designated by reference to voting precincts established by the County.  The County has recently consolidated and renumbered its voting precincts which necessitates a change to the School Board's residence area designation.  The proposed resolution makes as little change as possible to the current residence areas and is designed simply to incorporate the precinct changes made by the County.  The School Board may only make changes to its residence areas in odd numbered years pursuant to Section 1001.36, Florida Statutes.
